PRODUCING FUTUREResidents of Regensdorf share their visions of future life in a building marked for demolition to make way for the new ZWHATT development in this animated essay film. The story reveals the tension between urban redevelopment plans driven by financial goals and the real social experiences of the community. By reimagining the industrial site as a hub for education and collaboration, the film presents alternative approaches to urban growth. It challenges traditional planning by encouraging integration between construction and agriculture, placing community values at the center. Ultimately, it invites reflection on preserving local identity amid rapid urban transformation.
